Yet, with the relentless demands of life, finding time and resources for self-nourishment can seem like an insurmountable challenge, especially when juggling the roles of a parent, caregiver, executive of your household and/or a working parent, perhaps even an entrepreneur. Relying on the scraps left behind from your child's lunch plate or after tending to your child's late-night demands simply doesn't suffice.

I could have chosen an easier path, far removed from working with exhausted parents in a culture that has historically undervalued the importance of the family unit.
