This 90 minute class is designed to Nurture your Body, Mind and Spirit through multidimensional healing arts focusing on nervous system tending, emotional alchemy, somatic embodiment, energetics, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation, and my favorite Advanced Theta Healing (subconscious work) so you can go from feeling limited to limitless!
